1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Heva Unique Art Gallery website (hevauniqueart.com) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All artwork sold through Heva Unique Art Gallery is one-of-a-kind, made to order, and handcrafted by the artist. Each piece is unique and will never be reproduced. Dimensions, weight, and materials are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. The artist reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Production & Shipping
All pieces are made to order. Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Worldwide shipping is included in the purchase price. The artist will contact the buyer within 48 hours of purchase to discuss production and delivery details.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each piece, refunds are not available. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, content, and artwork displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Heva Unique Art Gallery and the artist. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Heva Unique Art Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
