Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of every piece sold through Heva Unique Art Gallery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why No Refunds?

Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted specifically for the buyer. Production begins immediately upon purchase confirmation. The materials, time, and artistry invested in each piece make returns impractical.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair or replacement at the artist's discretion.

Commission Inquiries

Commission inquiries are non-binding until a formal agreement is reached between the artist and the client. No payment is collected during the inquiry phase.

Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before completing any purchase, buyers are required to acknowledge that they understand and accept this no-refund policy via a mandatory checkbox.
