How long does delivery take?
Every print is produced to order with a 2–3 business day production time and 5–7 business days in transit, 7–10 business days total for US orders. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

No, we currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is free on every US order.
Shipping Policy →Can I cancel or change my order?
You have a 1-hour window after purchase to cancel or modify your order. Email us immediately at hello@hevauniqueart.com with your order reference number and we will do our best to stop production before it begins. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

We will replace it for free. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order reference. We will arrange a free reprint and reshipment.

Each print is custom-produced specifically for your order. We begin production immediately after purchase confirmation. Because every piece is produced to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, we always make it right if something arrives damaged or defective.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay), and buy-now-pay-later options including Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We use fade-resistant latex inks designed for vibrant, accurate color reproduction. Minor variations between your screen and the printed piece are normal due to monitor calibration differences. This is not considered a defect. If your print looks significantly different from the listing, contact us and we will make it right.

We offer 15 sizes across three orientations: 5 square (20" to 36"), 5 portrait (12×16 to 24×36), and 5 landscape (16×12 to 36×24). Every piece is printed on fade-resistant matte canvas, framed in your choice of four frame colors (White, Black, Espresso, Natural), and arrives ready to hang.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, the highest level of security certification available.
