What makes Heva prints special?

Every design in our collection is original artwork created by our team and printed using professional giclΓ©e technology on premium canvas or archival-grade paper. We use fade-resistant inks rated for 75+ years so your art stays vibrant for decades.

How does made-to-order work?

Each print is freshly produced after you place your order, ensuring the highest quality and vibrant, true-to-design colors. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Where are you based?

Heva is based in Los Angeles, California. We ship directly to you from the production facility nearest to your location, enabling faster delivery worldwide.

What are your prints made of?

Our prints are produced on a cotton-polyester canvas composite with a proprietary matte coating for enhanced depth and colour richness. We use UL-certified Greenguard Gold latex inks that are fade-resistant, non-toxic, and non-flammable. Prints are available as framed canvases (with protective felt bumpers) or stretched canvases on 0.75" radial pine stretcher bars (with rubber bumpers), all from FSC-certified renewable forests. Each print is made to order by our trusted print partner.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes vary by design. You can see all size options on each product page. Most prints are available in sizes ranging from 8Γ—10 inches up to 36Γ—48 inches.

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because each print is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

How do I care for my print?

Avoid placing prints in direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy. For unframed prints, handle with clean, dry hands. For framed prints, dust the glass or acrylic with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Do you offer framed prints?

Yes, many of our prints are available with framing options. Check the product page for available framing choices. Framed prints come ready to hang.

How is my print packaged?

All prints are securely packaged in rigid mailers or tubes to prevent bending and damage during transit. Framed prints are shipped in reinforced boxes with corner protectors.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Are there shipping restrictions for certain sizes?

Yes. Oversized canvas sizes (30"Γ—60", 60"Γ—30", 60"Γ—20", 20"Γ—60", 40"Γ—60", and 60"Γ—40") are only available for shipping to the United States, Canada, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia due to carrier restrictions. How do I contact customer support?

Do you offer custom sizes?

We offer a wide range of standard sizes for each print. If you need a custom size for a specific space, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I see a preview of the print before it ships?

The images on our product pages are high-fidelity representations of what you will receive. Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not provide individual previews before shipping. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final print.

Do prints come with hanging hardware?

Framed prints come with a built-in hanging system β€” ready to hang right out of the box. Unframed prints (poster or canvas) do not include hanging hardware, giving you the flexibility to frame and mount them however you prefer.

Can I order a print without a frame?

Absolutely. Most of our prints are available as unframed prints (premium paper or canvas) as well as framed options. Select your preferred format on the product page.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! Our Trade Program offers special pricing for interior designers, architects, hospitality companies, and other trade professionals. Visit our Trade Program page or contact us for details.

What is your refund policy?

Since every print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a free reprint or full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
