Shipping Policy

Handling and Delivery Times

• Handling time: 2 to 3 business days (production)
• US transit: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
• US total delivery: 7 to 10 business days
• International transit: 10 to 19 business days after dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day begin production the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin production the next business day. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Shipping Rates

• United States: FREE on every order
• Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Australia: calculated at checkout
• Other select countries: calculated at checkout

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Oversized formats (30x60, 60x30, 60x20, 20x60, 40x60, 60x40) ship to the US, CA, UK, DE, ES, and AU only, owing to carrier size limits.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your US order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, or 30 business days for international orders, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a reprint and reshipment at no additional cost to you.

Returns and Damaged Items
