Every print we ship is quality-checked before it leaves our production facility. If something isn't right, we'll make it right β at no cost to you.

Our Policy
Because each print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every piece we produce.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reprint and reship your order completely free of charge. In cases where a reprint is not feasible, we will issue a full refund.
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
When You're Eligible for a Reprint or Refund
Damaged in Transit
Your print arrived with damage caused during shipping β creases, tears, or breakage.
Print Quality Issue
The print shows colour inaccuracies, blurring, or defects not present in the product listing.
Wrong Item Received
You received a different print, size, or framing option than what you ordered.
Not Eligible for Returns
- βChange of mind or preference after purchase
- βChoosing the wrong size (please review the size guide carefully before ordering)
- βDamage caused after delivery (e.g. improper hanging or installation)
- βCustom or personalised orders once production has started
How to Request a Reprint or Refund
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at hello@hevauniqueart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Send Photo Evidence
Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect. This helps us resolve your case quickly and improve our process.
We Review & Respond
We'll review your case within 1β2 business days and confirm whether a reprint or refund is approved.
Reprint Dispatched
Once approved, your replacement print enters production immediately at no additional cost to you.
Refund Timeline

Common Questions
Do I need to return the damaged print?
No β we do not require you to return damaged prints. Simply send us clear photos and we'll take it from there.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, size selection errors are not covered under our return policy as this is a made-to-order product. We strongly recommend using our size guide before purchasing.
Can I exchange for a different artwork?
Exchanges for a different design are not available for change-of-mind reasons. Reprints are issued only for the original item ordered.
My package was lost in transit β what happens?
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days and tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
