4. Artist Rights
We respect and protect the moral rights of all artists whose work is featured on our platform. Artists retain full copyright over their original works. Any licensing agreements between Heva Unique Art Gallery and contributing artists are handled with full transparency and fair compensation.
5. Trademarks
The Heva Unique Art Gallery name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Heva Unique Art Gallery. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. DMCA & Takedown Requests
